We are looking for a highly organized and responsive People Operations & Recruiting Manager to own the recruiting pipeline, onboarding systems, and driver compliance processes that support our growing operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, managing processes, and working directly with drivers and operations leadership.
 

Role Overview:
The People Operations & Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, driver qualification files, compliance documentation, and internal administrative workflows. This position plays a critical role in ensuring drivers are hired quickly, qualified properly, and supported through clear operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Hiring
  • Own and manage the driver recruiting pipeline
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Manage background checks through First Advantage
  • Serve as the FedEx driver qualification (Quals) subject matter expert
  • Track hiring progress and maintain recruiting documentation

Onboarding & Offboarding
 
  • Own the full driver onboarding process
  • Ensure all qualification and compliance docs are completed before Day 1
  • Manage onboarding documentation through DocuSign
  • Maintain organized digital personnel files and folders
  • Manage the employee offboarding process

Compliance & Driver Files

•    Maintain complete and compliant driver qualification files
•    Track Medical cards, Driver’s licenses, SIG docs, and all required compliance documentation
•    Conduct quarterly and annual driver audits


System & Operations Support

•    Manage Monday.com, DocuSign, and file organization systems
•    Serve as dispatch system owner and trainer
•    Support leadership with operational coordination
•    Train and onboard new administrative employees
•    Maintain KJRs and help develop internal SOPs

What We’re Looking For


•    Experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or administrative management
•    Strong organization and process management skills
•    Excellent written and verbal English communication
•    Fast responsiveness to applicants, drivers, and team members
•    Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
•    High attention to detail and accountability
•    Experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking
•    Familiarity with driver qualification files or compliance documentation
•    Experience with workflow tools such as Monday.com
•    Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus
