We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Buyer to own and manage our Facebook and Instagram advertising from strategy to execution. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical—someone who understands that winning paid social today is driven by strong creative, rapid testing, and disciplined optimization.

You will be responsible for building ads that convert, managing spend efficiently, and continuously improving performance through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Ads Strategy & Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
  • Structure full-funnel campaigns (Top, Middle, Bottom of Funnel)
  • Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
  • Optimize campaigns for purchases, leads, and conversions

Creative & Content Development

  • Create ad creatives including static images, carousels, and short-form videos
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy
  • Develop and test multiple creative angles (UGC-style, testimonials, product benefits, problem-solution)
  • Refresh creatives regularly to prevent ad fatigue

Testing & Optimization

  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and formats
  • Analyze results and optimize toward key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
  • Scale winning ads and pause underperforming campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance daily in Meta Ads Manager
  • Provide weekly performance summaries with clear insights
  • Collaborate on tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4)

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook & Instagram ads
  • Proven track record of managing meaningful ad budgets
  • Strong understanding of creative-first paid social strategy
  • Experience creating ad creatives and copy personally
  • Ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions independently

Preferred

  • Experience with eCommerce or DTC brands
  • Familiarity with UGC-style advertising
  • Experience scaling accounts to higher monthly ad spend
  • Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
